This Microsoft Teams Voice training course can be tailored to the specific needs of your environment (architecture, security, operators, local compatibility).

Business telephony is rapidly evolving towards the cloud. Microsoft Teams has also become a strategic hub.

Remote (recorded sessions). 

GOOD TO KNOW

This training course includes numerous exercises (60% practical) to enhance learning. Sessions are guaranteed with a minimum of one participant (except in cases of force majeure). A preliminary interview is held between the participant and/or a company representative in order to fully assess the participant’s profile (level, needs, professional context, challenges, etc.).
Assessment : during the training course, the trainer assesses the participants’ progress through multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises and practical work. Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training course.

  • Design, configure, and maintain a complete VoIP architecture with Microsoft Teams
  • Manage voice policies, routing strategies, and SIP trunks
  • Integrate PSTN operators (Direct Routing, Calling Plan, Operator Connect)
  • Monitor call quality, security, troubleshooting, and compliance
  • Master Teams administration tools, PowerShell, Call Quality Dashboard, etc.

prerequisites of the Teams Telephony Training course

To get the most out of this training course, it is recommended that you :

Firstly, have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365. You should also be familiar with the Microsoft Teams environment in order to master the basics required to configure telephony services.

In addition, a basic understanding of IP networks, VoIP, traditional telephony and SIP protocol is strongly recommended. This will make it easier to understand the technical aspects covered.

Finally, prior experience in Microsoft administration or unified communications (UC) will be a real asset, whether through Teams, Cisco, Zoom or other solutions. This will enable participants to better understand the advanced use cases presented during the training course.
